Everyone has different tastes, so we will try and give solid descriptions and not rankings!
| If Tally`s ever closes up, I may move out of town. I eat here a couple times a week, every occasion; upscale food in the evening, casual business lunches, Sunday brunch, happy hour wine with a bucket of mussels.
Order the Special Breakfast - one egg, pancake, bacon for $5.
Service is exceptional.
Half Price wine and beer happy hour.
I also suggest that your table do the 2 or 3 course "indecision menu." We do it with our kids, its a great way to try new things and you don`t have to make any decisions. |

| Yes, it is a chain. But, it`s still very good. There is a location on Mt Rushmore Road about a block away that does take out and delivery, close enough you could send your kids down to grab you a sandwich, don`t even have to cross a street!
I suggest going to the location and Meadowbrook Golf Course. You can sit outside and watch Rapid Creek. Very close to Story Book Island and Canyon Lake Park. I believe there is a happy hour special on Monday or Tuesday.
